Refund and Cancellation Policy
RoadMatch is sold as an annual commitment. The free trial is the evaluation period, and fees paid are non-refundable.
Effective September 1, 2026The short version
RoadMatch is sold as a twelve-month commitment at $5,000 per location, per year. The 14-day free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the product. Once a paid term begins, fees are non-refundable and the twelve-month term runs to its end.
Evaluate during the free trial
Every new dealership gets 14 days of full access at no charge. A payment method is required to begin, but it is not charged during the trial.
The trial exists so you can connect your real inventory, run real searches with your real salespeople, and decide before you pay. We strongly recommend completing your first full inventory sync and testing the Finder against units you know well before the trial ends.
Cancel at any point before the trial ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel from the Billing page in your workspace, or by emailing team@roadmatch.app before the trial end date shown there.
Fees are non-refundable
Once a paid term begins, all fees are non-refundable, in whole and in part. This applies to both payment options.
- Annual plan — the full year is paid at the start and is not refundable, pro-rated, or creditable.
- Monthly plan — this is a twelve-month commitment paid in twelve instalments, not a month-to-month subscription. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the term; it does not end the commitment or stop the remaining instalments.
- We do not refund for unused time, unused seats, branches you stop using, staff turnover, or periods where you chose not to log in.
- We do not refund partial months or partial years.
What is not a basis for a refund
So there is no ambiguity, the following do not entitle you to a refund:
- Your inventory website changed, moved, or stopped publishing data we can read.
- AI output was inaccurate or a match was not what you expected. See our AI Disclosure.
- The service showed units that were not physically on your lot because your own inventory feed listed them.
- You did not achieve a sales, lead, or revenue outcome.
- A member of your staff stopped using the product.
- You found another product you prefer.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal of your subscription; it does not end the current term or trigger a refund.
- Open your workspace and go to Billing.
- Use Manage subscription to open the billing portal and cancel there.
- Or email team@roadmatch.app from the account owner's email address.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term. Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
Where we do make things right
This policy is strict about refunds, not about fairness. We will act on:
- A duplicate charge or a billing error on our side — corrected in full.
- A charge taken after a cancellation we received in time — refunded in full.
- Charges made through unauthorized use of your payment method, once verified.
- A refund where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires one. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
Report a billing problem to team@roadmatch.app within sixty days of the charge and we will investigate.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer — most disputes are a billing question we can resolve directly. We may suspend a workspace while a chargeback is open, and we may recover the disputed amount and any fees where the charge was valid under these terms.
